Mr. Glenn served as project manager, prime designer and conducted all the presentations. The plan was very well received by the Town Council and the Business Improvement Area Committee. Major funding was announced shortly after the plan's completion to facilitate construction of the first phase. Specifically, the plan addressed key issues of traffic circulation, parking, streetscape enhancement, signage, linking the downtown to the waterfront and future development opportunities. The firm was assisted by Ekistics and Form:Media.
