I have had the privilege to work on several projects with Dan Glenn and his team of dedicated professionals. I can attest to their collective creativity, innovation, and helpful collaborative approach to getting the job done despite the challenges that are inherent in any project. When I now hear that they are involved in a new project or initiative, I immediately assume that it will be done right without compromise to the important details.
In a very methodical manner and with a soft-spoken, relaxed style Dan was able to convince our committee and community of this novel approach and it is now part of the final document entitled the "Isle aux Morts Destination Development" Interpretive Plan.
Dan has also assisted our committee in presenting this plan to the funding agencies and during these meetings I became even more impressed with his style and persuasive abilities. During these presentations it became more obvious to me that this was not an idea he had come up with just to satisfy us but was one he was totally committed to.
I would refer his services to anyone, with a word of caution - if you want someone to tell you what you want to hear, unfortunately, Dan is not your man. However, if you need a visionary who can think outside the box and offer good sound advice, I'd highly recommend him.
Glenn Group has been involved with numerous projects with the Town of Rothesay including Arthur Miller Artificial Turf Fields(2008), Rothesay High natural grass field(2007), Rothesay Common Upgrade(2015-drainage, building, outdoor artificial ice), Wells Park(2017- new ball field, dog park, trail), Turf replacement Arthur Miller Fields (2019). All the above projects were built on or under budget which was no small feat considering the difficult site conditions. I would highly recommend Glenn Group for your project
