Hopewell Rocks Master Plan

Glenn Group led the tourism strategy and master planning for the iconic Hopewell Rocks, transforming the site from a brief stop into a major tourism destination in Atlantic Canada. The strategy shifted the visitor experience from simply viewing the world's highest tides to actively exploring the ocean floor, supported by accessible ramps and a central lookout plaza. This approach significantly increased dwell time on site and helped establish Hopewell Rocks as the most visited destination on the Bay of Fundy.
