Market Place West Splashpad & Playground

Market Place West is one of Glenn Group's defining legacy projects — a community park network carried from master planning all the way to completion over more than 15 years. What began as a long-range vision for west Saint John grew, phase by phase, into a fully realized destination that now anchors recreation and gathering for the whole neighbourhood.

At its heart is a vibrant splashpad and playground where families cool off and children play through the summer, surrounded by a connected network of park spaces and active fitness areas for all ages. Trails, gathering places, and outdoor fitness stations tie the site together into an integrated recreation hub — a testament to the value of committed, long-term planning and the community partnerships that see a vision through to the finish.
